SCOTT BECK Chairman and CEO
Prior to founding CornerWorld, Mr. Beck worked as an Associate Vice-President at JP Morgan Chase. Prior to JP Morgan Chase, Mr. Beck was a member of SG Cowen’s leveraged Finance Group. Preceding SG, Mr. Beck was a senior auditor at Ernst and Young LLP. Mr. Beck received a Masters of Accounting from the Kozmetsky School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin where he completed his B.B.A.

MARC BLUMBERG Director
Marc Blumberg is the senior vice president at imc2. He leads their clients in developing innovative and effective marketing strategies. Since joining imc2 in early 1997, he has taken a leadership role in developing imc2’s service offerings and culture. Mr. Blumberg helped build the company from six to a staff of over 500 people providing services to Procter & Gamble, The Coca-Cola Company, and GlaxoSmithKline. Before joining imc2, Mr. Blumberg was a strategy consultant for Gemini Consulting’s MAC Group and for the New England Consulting Group. An accomplished strategist with exceptional Internet knowledge and experience, Mr. Blumberg has spent his professional career consulting with FORTUNE 500 companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

KELLY LARABEE MORLAN Secretary
Kelly Larabee Morlan is an expert communications strategist who is responsible for promoting and guiding high-profile progressive technology businesses and ideas in online communications, entertainment and social networking. As a co-founder and communications director of CornerWorld, she spearheaded executive strategy, led communications and managed visibility and media campaigns. Most recently, Ms. Larabee was responsible for all global communications and strategy for Skype Technologies, the leading global Internet communications company, from inception though its lucrative sale to eBay in 2005. Prior to Skype, she directed all aspects of media and communications strategy for KaZaA, also guiding the company through its acquisition. Previously, Larabee was vice president of Alexander Ogilvy, where she oversaw agency clients idealab!, Ziff-Davis’s GameSpot and Computer Shopper/NetBuyer, Infobeat, Hollywood Stock Exchange, Heidrick and Struggle’s LeadersOnline, Visitalk, Hewlett-Packard’s Enterprise Systems Group, and Nortel through its acquisition of Bay Networks. Prior to Alexander Ogilvy, Larabee worked as a public relations consultant in Washington, D.C. where she helped create the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids with Bill Novelli, and worked with Fleishman-Hillard Inc on campaigns for early-stage client America Online and MasterCard’s online privacy initiatives. Larabee helped secure the coveted Silver Anvil Award for F-H, Congress and MasterCard’s telemarketing fraud program. Her career began in the United States Senate, where she served as a staff assistant to Senator Herb Kohl from 1992 to 1995. Larabee serves on the boards of the Phoenix Parks and Conservation Foundation and the Encanto Palmcroft Historic Preservation Association. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Colorado State University.

MARC PICKREN President and Chief Marketing Officer
Marc Pickren, the founder of our Marketing Services Division serves as the point of escalation for our sales, creative, media, network development, strategy, operations and innovation business groups, which encompasses total P&L and budgeting for CornerWorld operations.  Over the past 15 years, Mr. Pickren has founded companies within leading technology, media and marketing services companies that all eventually became a part of some of the most respected names in traditional and online marketing, including  J. Walter Thompson, the US’s oldest and largest advertising agency, and Monster Worldwide, a leading website and online services company.  An accomplished strategist with exceptional Internet knowledge and experience, Mr. Pickren has spent his professional career consulting with FORTUNE 500 companies as well as local business executives and has been sought for paid speaking engagements in front of foreign governments in North America, Central Europe and the United Kingdom.

V. CHASE MCCREA III Chief Financial Officer
Mr. McCrea is a CPA with over 18 years of experience working with and for public companies serving in a variety of capacities including most recently as the Interim Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of a publicly traded construction concern. In addition, he has served as the Director of Finance for Penson Worldwide, Inc., an international securities clearing firm, and also as a Manager of SEC Reporting for chemical giant Celanese. Mr. McCrea’s experience also includes over 8 years working for Big Four accounting firms, where he attained the level of assurance manager, as well as approximately 5 years working in the telecom industry. Mr. McCrea holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from the highly regarded accounting school at the University of Southern California.

GARY BERNITZ Vice President of Technology
Gary Bernitz serves as CornerWorld’s Vice President of Technology.   Mr. Bernitz, who has served with the Company in various capacities since 2009, oversees the development of all CornerWorld’s technological infrastructure as well as the Company’s local search and performance-based marketing technologies.  Prior to joining CornerWorld, Mr. Bernitz worked with Samsung Mobile, building embedded software applications and played an instrumental role in bringing Over-the-Air (OTA) update technology to the Company’s global mobile handset market.  Previously Mr. Bernitz was the Lead Project Manager with a technology startup, working with Toshiba to launch a software-based MPEG/H.264 codec card that now powers numerous Toshiba/Ikegami broadcast-quality video products.  Mr. Bernitz earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 2001.
