SCOTT BECK Chairman and CEO
Prior to founding CornerWorld, Mr. Beck worked as an Associate Vice-President at JP Morgan Chase. Prior to JP Morgan Chase, Mr. Beck was a member of SG Cowen’s leveraged Finance Group. Preceding SG, Mr. Beck was a senior auditor at Ernst and Young LLP. Mr. Beck received a Masters of Accounting from the Kozmetsky School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin where he completed his B.B.A.

MARC BLUMBERG Director
Marc Blumberg is the senior vice president at imc2. He leads their clients in developing innovative and effective marketing strategies. Since joining imc2 in early 1997, he has taken a leadership role in developing imc2’s service offerings and culture. Mr. Blumberg helped build the company from six to a staff of over 500 people providing services to Procter & Gamble, The Coca-Cola Company, and GlaxoSmithKline. Before joining imc2, Mr. Blumberg was a strategy consultant for Gemini Consulting’s MAC Group and for the New England Consulting Group. An accomplished strategist with exceptional Internet knowledge and experience, Mr. Blumberg has spent his professional career consulting with FORTUNE 500 companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

PETER A. LAZOR Director
Peter A. Lazor, has been the President of Cardinal Points, a new technology advisory firm, since January, 2007. Prior to establishing Cardinal Points, Mr. Lazor served as Vice President of BCN Telecom from March 2004 to January 2007. From 2000 to 2004 Mr. Lazor was Director of Business Development EMEA for M7 Networks Ltd. (funded by Qualcomm) and Cascadent Communications Ltd. (funded by Cisco Systems and HP) in London. From 1993 to 1999 Peter was the Founder and President of Mountel Communications based in Prague. Peter holds a Bachelors of Science Degree from Babson College and was a 1991 Thomas J. Watson Fellow.

NED TIMMER Director, Chief Operating Officer-Woodland Holdings
Ned B. Timmer has been the President of Woodland Wireless, T2 Communications, T2TV, RANGER Wireless Solutions and Visitatel. Mr. Timmer was previously the President of Brocom Telecom LLC and worked for AT&T. Mr. Timmer currently serves on the boards of the Boys and Girls Club of Holland, the Holland Chamber of Commerce, the HCC Foundation, and has served on the board of Paragon Bank and Trust. Mr. Timmer attended Oakland Community College in Farmington Hills, Michigan, and was the 2004 recipient of the Holland Chamber of Commerce’s Lou Hallacy Distinguished Service Award.

KELLY LARABEE MORLAN Secretary
Kelly Larabee Morlan is an expert communications strategist who is responsible for promoting and guiding high-profile progressive technology businesses and ideas in online communications, entertainment and social networking. As a co-founder and communications director of CornerWorld, she spearheaded executive strategy, led communications and managed visibility and media campaigns. Most recently, Ms. Larabee was responsible for all global communications and strategy for Skype Technologies, the leading global Internet communications company, from inception though its lucrative sale to eBay in 2005. Prior to Skype, she directed all aspects of media and communications strategy for KaZaA, also guiding the company through its acquisition. Previously, Larabee was vice president of Alexander Ogilvy, where she oversaw agency clients idealab!, Ziff-Davis’s GameSpot and Computer Shopper/NetBuyer, Infobeat, Hollywood Stock Exchange, Heidrick and Struggle’s LeadersOnline, Visitalk, Hewlett-Packard’s Enterprise Systems Group, and Nortel through its acquisition of Bay Networks. Prior to Alexander Ogilvy, Larabee worked as a public relations consultant in Washington, D.C. where she helped create the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids with Bill Novelli, and worked with Fleishman-Hillard Inc on campaigns for early-stage client America Online and MasterCard’s online privacy initiatives. Larabee helped secure the coveted Silver Anvil Award for F-H, Congress and MasterCard’s telemarketing fraud program. Her career began in the United States Senate, where she served as a staff assistant to Senator Herb Kohl from 1992 to 1995. Larabee serves on the boards of the Phoenix Parks and Conservation Foundation and the Encanto Palmcroft Historic Preservation Association. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Colorado State University.

DAVID COOK Chief Technical Officer
Since 2005, Mr. Cook has served as the Director of IT and Operations for Woodland Wireless including RANGER Wireless Solutions and T² Communications.  Prior to joining Woodland, Mr. Cook worked for National Heritage Academies, ISG and Kellogg Company.  He holds several Microsoft and Cisco certifications as well as extensive network architecting, engineering, and application development experience on many other systems.  For five years, Mr. Cook served as an Intelligence Specialist in the United States Navy where he was awarded a Navy Achievement Medal.

MARC PICKREN Chief Marketing Officer and President-Enversa Companies
Marc Pickren, a former executive with J. Walter Thompson and Monster Worldwide (formerly TMP Worldwide), is the founder and President of Enversa Companies. Mr. Pickren has proven himself a highly successful marketer and business leader. While at Monster Worldwide Pickren was responsible for adding over forty million dollars in incremental revenue from technology applications that he designed, all while assisting with the transitioning to its current public status.

V. Chase McCrea III Chief Financial Officer
Mr. McCrea is a CPA with over 18 years of experience working with and for public companies serving in a variety of capacities including most recently as the Interim Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of a publicly traded construction concern. In addition, he has served as the Director of Finance for Penson Worldwide, Inc., an international securities clearing firm, and also as a Manager of SEC Reporting for chemical giant Celanese. Mr. McCrea’s experience also includes over 8 years working for Big Four accounting firms, where he attained the level of assurance manager, as well as approximately 5 years working in the telecom industry. Mr. McCrea holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from the highly regarded accounting school at the University of Southern California.
